Who I am

I’m Muhammad Umar Hayyat, a senior video editor with over 5 years behind the timeline. Hayyat Production is my personal studio. No team, no handoffs, no account managers, just me, taking full responsibility for your project from the first call to the final export.

My philosophy is simple. Everything is a story, and I don’t just edit. I build an experience that captivates, inspires, and leaves an impact.

What I do

Crafted frame by frame.

Video Editing

Stories that hold attention. I shape raw footage into stories with rhythm, pacing, and emotional payoff, built to keep viewers watching to the last second.

SaaS Animation

Products in motion. I turn complex software into clear, engaging animation. Clean UI motion, kinetic typography, and product stories that turn viewers into users.

Color Grading

Graded in DaVinci Resolve. I build looks that give footage mood and depth, from natural skin tones to bold cinematic styles.

Motion Design

Titles, captions, and graphic moments designed in After Effects. Every animation earns its place and pushes the story forward.

VFX and AI Workflows

Shots that feel bigger. I use modern VFX and AI tools to add production value without blowing the budget or the timeline.

Short-Form Editing

Built for the feed. Reels and YouTube cuts with hooks, captions, SFX, and sound design. Fast turnarounds when speed matters.

Selected Works

The proof. A few recent projects. The full collection lives on the Portfolio page.

The founder

One man army

From the first call to the final export, you work directly with me. No handoffs, no account managers. Every frame gets my full attention, because my name is on it.

Got Questions?

How do you price a project?

Project based, scoped to what you actually need. A 30 second motion graphics video starts from $150. After a short brief, you get a fixed quote with a clear breakdown. No hourly fog.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope. A short form edit can turn around in days. Larger edits, animation, or grading work get a proper timeline up front, and I hit the dates I commit to.

Do you work with clients in other time zones?

Yes. I’m set up for remote collaboration and comfortable overlapping US and UK hours. Clear communication, fast turnarounds, no timezone drama.

What tools do you work in?

Premiere Pro for the edit, DaVinci Resolve for color, After Effects for motion design, Avid Media Composer for bigger projects, and CapCut when speed matters.
